These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the Earth Root Studio website.

Earth Root Studio is an independent creative business operated by Shelly Cook in Cornwall, United Kingdom, offering original artwork, handmade and handcrafted pieces, botanical and ritual-inspired products, and carefully curated items.

By placing an order through this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Products and handmade items

I take care to describe and photograph products as accurately as reasonably possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

Many Earth Root Studio pieces are handmade, original, created using natural materials or individually sourced. Small variations in colour, texture, shape, finish and appearance are therefore part of their character and are not necessarily faults.

Original artworks and one-of-a-kind pieces are subject to availability and cannot be replaced with an identical item once sold.

Orders and payment

When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the selected products at the price shown. An order is accepted when you receive confirmation that it has been accepted and processed.

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Payment is taken securely through the payment methods available at checkout. Earth Root Studio does not directly store your full payment card details.

If I am unable to fulfil an order — for example because a one-of-a-kind item has unexpectedly become unavailable — I will contact you and arrange a full refund for the affected item.

Pricing and errors

I take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions and prices are accurate. If an obvious pricing or description error is discovered after you place an order, I will contact you before fulfilling it. You will have the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the affected item for a full refund.

Botanical, ritual and spiritual products

Some Earth Root Studio products are inspired by traditional botanical practices, folklore, symbolism, spirituality or ritual. Any information provided about traditional, symbolic, energetic or spiritual associations is offered for cultural, creative and informational purposes only.

Such products and information are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition and are not a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment.

Please read individual product descriptions and instructions carefully and use products only as directed. Where ingredients are listed, customers are responsible for checking their suitability, including any known allergies or sensitivities.
