Processing times

Each Earth Root Studio order is prepared and packed with care. In-stock items are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days of your order being placed.

Original artwork and particularly delicate or larger pieces may require a little extra preparation to ensure they are packed safely. If there is likely to be any significant delay, I will contact you.

UK delivery

UK orders are normally sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Most Earth Root Studio products are packaged as either a Large Letter or Small Parcel, depending on their size and nature. Delivery charges will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Larger original artworks or items that require specialist packaging may be sent using an alternative tracked delivery service where appropriate. Any different delivery arrangements will be clearly stated or discussed with you where necessary.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available. Delivery times provided by the carrier are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside Earth Root Studio's control.

Delayed or missing deliveries

Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver within its stated delivery timeframe, but this is not guaranteed. Occasionally deliveries may be delayed due to circumstances outside Earth Root Studio’s control.

If your order has not arrived when expected, please contact me and I will check the tracking information and help investigate the delivery.

If an order is confirmed as lost in transit, I will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund in accordance with your consumer rights.

Damaged orders

I take care to package orders securely, particularly original artwork, glass bottles and delicate handmade pieces. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as reasonably possible and include photographs of the packaging, the damaged item and the shipping label where possible.

Please keep the item and its packaging while I investigate the damage with the delivery provider. Depending on the circumstances, I will arrange an appropriate replacement, repair or refund in accordance with your consumer rights.

Delivery addresses and returned parcels

Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct when placing your order. If you notice an error before your order has been dispatched, contact me as soon as possible and I will do my best to amend it.

If an order is returned to Earth Root Studio because the address supplied was incorrect or incomplete, or because delivery was not accepted or collected, I will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional postage costs may apply where the return was not caused by an error by Earth Root Studio or the delivery provider.

International delivery

Earth Root Studio currently ships within the United Kingdom only. International delivery may be introduced in the future.
